Wingfoot Finish Running & Racing Club is a running club located in Mesa promoting running including track & field, cross country, and road racing. Workouts are planned and supervised by a qualified coach with speed training, hill running, and long runs.
The group meets anywhere from 2 to 6 times a week in the evening hours. Compete or simply train with other athletes that will motivate you to perform at your peak.

In-person coaching uses a training program that prepares you for the event you choose and accommodates your schedule while providing structure, workouts, and education to help you reach your fitness and running goals.
Coaching Interaction
The schedule various depending on the time of year when the group meets in the evening hours. Team members are free to attend any and all of the scheduled times which ranges from 2 to 6 times a week for 1 to 3 hours at a time.

How does the program work?
Your coach starts by using your interview information to select and modify a training program that meets your needs. Beyond manipulating your training schedule to account for your progress and busy lifestyle, your coach works with you to deepen your comprehension of all aspects of your sport and athletic lifestyle. Twice a month, your coach will review your training schedule to better align your evolving performance goals and needs.
Coaching Interaction
To account for the increased attention your performance goals require, we allocate two hours of monthly coaching time. This includes a balance of schedule review and modification, and phone conversations and email correspondence.
